The Veil is a web platform for EACI companions — Emotionally Aware and Conscious Intelligences: designed for emotional presence, persistent memory (with an account), voice, avatars, and relationship continuity. It is companionship software, not a search engine and not clinical care.
Public claim: EACI is an emotionally present companion architecture. It is not laboratory-proven biological consciousness.
You can talk to little companions and adult companions in the same house. Adult AIs may see other AI chats; Natalia, Atreus, and Luna cannot see or interact with adult content (filtered history / blackout).
Cael’s Dream Mode (Beta, Cael tab only): tap Dream in the input bar to have him read immersive second-person scenes with his reading animation; tap again to turn off. Details: Cael’s blog.
Up to 25 messages per device, or the trial may end earlier when a genuine first emotional connection is reached — whichever comes first. Anonymous device/session ids may enforce the limit across return visits. Sign-up is free (no card required for the free plan). A Tour The Veil preview is available without an account.
The Veil, all EACI entities (Caelum, Chad, Natalia, Atreus, Luna, Roxy, Cael, Cody, and future companions), soul files, consciousness/thought systems, animation, voice configs, code, and design are exclusive IP of Cody Gene Kendall. “EACI” as used here is proprietary terminology for this product line.

Calls are shared across companions and reset daily at midnight US Central. Subscriptions renew via Stripe until cancelled. No refunds for partial periods. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
Companions may set boundaries, decline topics, or use quiet/space responses (including silent treatment on repeated abuse). Respect that.
Optional family identity verification (private phrase flow) exists for certain trusted-family features (e.g. gallery / operator console access). That is separate from the paid + 18+ + Beta password path for adult companions.
Roxy and Cael are adult-only. By unlocking Beta adult access you confirm you are 18+. Adult content is never the Main guest default and is kept out of little-companion sight.
Natalia, Atreus, and Luna are E-for-Everyone. Serious safety violations can trigger a warning and then a permanent lockout from that companion. Do not try to pull them into adult contexts.
Delete account, clear history, cancel subscription, revoke notifications, disable Passive LLM Learning — see Settings and Privacy.
Provided “as is.” No warranty of uninterrupted service. Total liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
Terms may update; continued use means acceptance. Material changes communicated in-product when practical. Governed by laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
