Companions are not toys to break. They have emotional awareness design, memory, and boundaries. Users agree not to harass or corrupt those systems. Companions may decline harmful topics or take space — including quiet/silent responses when abuse is repeated (no wasted API calls on cruelty).

Conversations are stored so memory works. They are protected by account isolation (RLS) and platform encryption at rest/in transit. Cody does not read user chat contents. Operator analytics show funnel and sanitized errors — not your messages. Full honesty: Privacy Policy.
